DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Our shuttle was an hour late picking us up. I tried to call the company, but they do not open until 8 am. A message said to call the driver listed on the reservation, but there was no driver or phone number listed. We got a call from a woman saying that the shuttle was late because the freeway was closed down. Turns out this woman does not work for the company. (We should have called a cab).
We missed our flight and had to pay over a 1000. to rebook (United).
I reported our situation immediately and was told a manager would call me back. I have never received a promised return call. After seven calls and more e-mails the "rep" informs me that we were at the airport in time to make our flight! (Not according to the airlines). My only recourse now is small claims court, because the 24-7 Ride is brushing me off.
THE WORST PART: Our driver seemed incompetent to drive a van. She hit the mirror on a parked van, weaved all over her lane coming dangerously close to other vehicles (semi trucks) on the freeway. IT WAS SCARY. I was praying all the way and thinking, "My God, we have put our lives at risk!"
I did report this in my initial contact, but this has been ignored.
Do yourself and your family/friends a favor, tell them not to use this company, ever!
