Facts:
From home to Airport
Scheduled pick up time 14:00 Hrs, driver arrived 14:40 Hrs
Driver's text at 13:45 Hrs: "ETA 14:30 Hrs", just like that.
45 minutes waiting on the phone for customer service answer.
Company charged TIP without any authorization.
From Airport to home
Scheduled pick up time 17:30 Hrs, driver arrived 18:45 Hrs with different car that the one contracted.
Evaluation:
I would never call this "Company" again
I had to run into the airport to make the check-in for an international flight just because this unprofessional people waste 40 min of my time. The "Customer Service" phone # is just a recording to get the victims (customers) waiting.
I booked round trip, so when we got back it was the same story.
If you want to waste your money and get the worst service this is the company that you are looking for.
