Terrible pawn shop to deal with. When my wife and I tried to redeem a pawned jewelry, the item being returned to us is a different one, much inferior in quality and even weighs less than the weight appearing in the pawn shop paper. Another customer who happened to be there was also complaining that her item was different from the one being returned to her. I am now preparing a complaint with the District Attorney's office and hopefully this practice of the said pawn shop be stopped.
