Working with AA-careers has been one of the most effective and fruitful experiences of my professional career. During the past several months my adviser guided, coached, directed and encouraged me to realize my professional skills and how to utilize them for a successful interview and achieving my professional goals. Effective tools and techniques which helped me in preparing for interviewing. My adviser was available by phone whenever I needed consulting and instructions before communicating with potential employers.
After I received a job offer my adviser was especially instrumental in preparing and guiding me through negotiations. He showed me how to enhance the position from non-manager to a managerial role, thus increasing my compensation more then 15%.
