I have spent around $430.00 on acclaim There was always a problem with hackers, coins and missing items. It seemed instead of accepting that acclaim had failed to protect accounts and deliver the items We the players (consumers) bought. But recently on September 24th, 2009 during a update/server merge many players lost items coins and other things I was one of them. Now instead of saying "We screwed up your items or coins will be refunded no charge" I got a E-mail saying pay us $100.00 to return your items after I sent back an E-mail protesting that I began to be ignored. I also began receiving automated E-mails I tried calling But nobody picked up. If anybody else has had any problems with acclaim I.E. being hacking loss of items not receiving coins you already paid for. Please try and contact me we will have our say.
