Chat sales receive orders from hackers/spoofers

I have been a Lunarpages customer for about 5 years. This week a hacker/spoofer got my information and bought 2 domain names behalf of my name. I don't know how he got my information, but I called the support and they sent the account to default setting and created a new password. I changed all the security information on the account. Later, the hacker/spoofer contact to support again via chat and he provided the old information in order to buy a control panel service and shell access service ....And guess what? The chat representatives activated this services!!!. I know that sometimes things like this happened, but the same mistake twice, I had been reporting this issue the last two days. Obviously there are security issues with the way that Lunarpages validate your orders, especially with the chat personnel. Finally the company accepted to give me just credit for what the hacker stole me.
