This company is horrible & fraudulent. Customer Service - BULLIES
They solicit their product long enough to get a name to send an order to... Once they have your name they ship items to you, that you have never ordered. You are lucky to get them on the phone, you are harrassed to get them to take the product back. They threaten you with collection action if you don't pay to send it back yourself. This is a time waster!
A company that did not ask for the item, should not be bullied and harrassed to send the item back, nor should collections ever even be an issue.
I have spent 2 days on the phone trying to get ahold of them to return the toner they sent us, when I finally reached someone, I was yelled at and told they would not pay to ship the package back... Our company loses 34.00... Then they stated we could send it back, but would have a restocking fee and were willing to take that to collections to receive!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
