Deceptive tactics, does NOT respond as they imply they will on their answering machine.

The only reason I am dealing with this is I agreed to try out their product - which they sent an invoice for (before confirming with me via phone if this was indeed, acceptable) and my secretary (intending to keep the bills paid on a timely basis) unwittingly paid for while I was away from the office.
I called and emailed them in regard to wanting to return a second, unopened shipment - no answer or response. I called and emailed again the next day - no answer or response AGAIN. I think these people are up to no good, and will NEVER have business dealings with my company again. Their customer service is apparently non-existent, as nobody has contacted me in spite of leaving all my contact information on communications. I did also find their sales pitch to be over the top and very "canned" - as the "same as HP quality" claim is simply NOT TRUE.
