The first review is correct. This company's business ethics are horrible. I had one agent stating that she worked on commission and if I did not purchase the product then she could not put food on the table for her family. Another agent was going to send me a shipment of printer cartridges and if we liked them we could pay for them then. I understand that they need to get their product out there, but this agent did not even ask if I wanted them sent. As an employee purchasing on behalf of the government, this is not the way to do business. I finally asked to be taken off their do not call/email list. Don't do business with this shady company.
