Scam Alert! We received brand of toner we do not even have the equipment to use it in, generic PO# was the phone operators name. We refused the shipment the same day we received it, then a week later got an invoice in the mail for over 500% more then the typical cost of a needed toner. Called to inquire about the invoice and was told they got the refused shipment back however we will be charged a restocking fee. I told Chris who I spoke with, I would not pay a RSF for something we did not order or have a need for. BEWARE!
