THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
I had my dishwasher repaired on 1/6/10. The repair man could not get the machine out from under the counter. He had me run CLR in the machine to clear up a calcium build up. This took care of my problem. He told me I needed a new filter due to calcium build up on the old one. It was to be delivered in two to three days. I waited two weeks and received nothing. I called the company and left several messages. No one ever called me back.
I continued with the CLR treatment and noticed the calcium was no longer on the filter.
Finally one month later I got a hold of Andy. Andy said I would be charged a re-stocking fee. I told him that wasn’t going to happen as the part obviously wasn’t ordered, it has been over a month and I never received anything that would need to be re-stocked. (What the heck are they pulling!) Andy then said the check would be mailed out and it would take two to three weeks.
Three weeks later still no check. I called back and was told Andy was in dispatch and I would need to speak with Danny. Danny never called me back. I called the next morning and Cal answered. He asked if Danny had spoken with me before and why was I calling. I told him I would give Danny one hour then I was going to call the BBB. Danny didn’t call, however Cal did. Cal said the check would be sent within one week.
March 8, 2010 Still no check. Called Danny. Again he will call me back. This is no way to run a company.
