This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
1. They charged my credit card without my authorization. 2. Ashely, the dispatch manager, has unacceptable customer service. 3. They charged me $425 when the contract clearly stated $375 for the limo service. 4. We received harassing and threatening phone calls from Mike, the owner, when we inquired about the $50 overcharge.
