I found this place advertised in a magazine, unfortunately I was in a rush of buying tickets to fly and i didnt see certain signals of a possible scam and I end up buying 4 tickets utilizing their services, the person who sold me the tickets, cancelled them without notifying me and at the moment of boarding my plane I was told by the airline that the travel agency cancelled them and I had no tickets to board my plane.
I've been trying to ask this person for an explanation, the reason why she cancelled my tickets, I ;ve been calling, looking for her at her location and just can't get ahold of her because she is never at her place, she is not taking my calls or answering my messages i left her asking for an explanation or for the refund of my money and is just useless.
This place is not trusttable, I didnt see that, I should not trust her since she told me she can meet me only by appointment since she is never at her location in s.white road
