DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!
I called them out to give me an estimate to fix my dishwasher that stopped working after a water pipe busted in my kitchen and flood the area.
I needed a quote so that my insurance company can help pay for the repair.
I asked the tech if the dishwasher failed from the flood and he mentioned that it is likely the cause.
I went ahead and submitted my quote to the insurance to only get a letter a few weeks later noting that they were not going to cover the cost of repairs because the insurance company spoke to American Appliance Repair and they told them that the dishwasher is broken due to wear and tear.
I tried to call the company back to get an explanation of why they would tell me one thing and the insurance another. Instead of trying to figure out what happened, they blew me off, and when I tried to call back, they would hang up on me.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They have the worst customer service!!
