Review 6/16/2010

I was not satisfied with the overall experience and results.
Processors didn't review the material in-depth to accomplish there task at hand. If a more thorough review of my case was done, its possible ALF would not have taken it on? To much time was wasted going over the same info prior to my sell date. Key information was incorrectly given to me by a supervisor without the research and facts of the statements being correct. I believe they have to many customers, very difficult to get through on the phones, I didn't receive call backs on several occasions. In my opinion you can accomplish most of this on your own.... Unless your bank will not talk to you at all? UPDATE! 6/25/10 I am not getting one penny of my $3500 dollars back!! ALF states that you don't have to pay a dime if your not satisfied! So don't give any money up-front! Or 1/2 down like I was told to do!! I asked several times if I could wait until a mod was done and was told to give $1750 upfront? Even though ALF never attempted to work with investor & cit together, I am still out. ALF knew from day one that my issue was with the INVESTOR not cit, told me they could still work it all they did is take my money. You think they would be willing to at least give 1/2 back, nothing. Honesty & integrity doesn't apply in my case.... Just be careful!! I was told at least 10 times NO mode NO risk!! You can get a full refund if a mod is not accomplished or we cant help you... Not True......
