STAY AWAY from this company! Got my payment, never shipped tires, and do not issue a refund!!!! SCAM!!!
On 10/13/09 I ordered 2 tires throught onlinetires.com and paid online instantly. Two weeks past and there were no tires been shipped, while they said that it was shipped on 10/19/09. On 10/23/09 I spoke with salesperson AJ that I am not going to wait for a bogus shipment information and I want to cancell my order and get my money back. AJ gave me order cancellation authorization and refund confirmation #51410. Its been 1 month and 8 days and I still din't get my refund. Today, 12.01.09, I spoke with AJ and he said that my refund had not been processed yet. Again he promised me to give a refund and he hanged up on me. AJ also refused to give me his manager's name and number. Not only this company send me a fake shipping info (they just generated the invoice but never actually shipped anything), but AJ also gave me fake confirmation that he is going to give me a refund, which was a total lie just to get rid of me. This people should be in jail!!! At this point I am disputing this charge with my credit card, reporting this scam company to BBB and to Attorney General.
