I also ordered from them and didn't receive my merchandise. This is what I did about it. First I contacted my bank and filed a claim to get my money back then I went to the FBI's Internet crime complaint center and filed a complaint. If anyone would like to help put this fraudulent business down for good, use the following link to file a complaint with the FBI. http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. Also make a complaint at Better Business Bureau www.bbb.org
