One hundred percent awful! I ordered two records, that were in stock, about two months ago, and my file just kept saying processing. So I emailed them and told them to cancel the order and they responded with a very short email that said my item was shipped and would be there in a couple days. Are you kidding me like after two months that day just happened to be the one where they got to it? It has been twenty days since I received that email and I still do not have my records. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
