I recently needed to arrange to ship a car from Los Angles to Chicago, and was naturally nervous with the COVID-19 virus and arranging the timing. Both the pick up and drop off windows were very tight. I tried several other car shipping companies and no one could accommodate my schedule until I talked to Christina at Autoline. She was very communicative with phone calls, texting and emails. She worked with me on arranging the pick up, arranged payment so my daughter didn't have to deal with it at drop off, and set us up with a driver who not only was extremely professional but had a positive attitude throughout this whole experience. Everything ran like clockwork and the car arrived in un-damaged, and in good condition I'm happy to report I had zero issues with Autoline Transport.
