B and B Transportation Services is a rip off

My husband and I contacted Hank with B& B Transportation about a move, we were given a fair price and guarantee that someone would be able to move us on the scheduled day, however Hank the manager/ dispatcher as he identified himself to my husband as, called us on Friday, the day before the mover was scheduled to come out and told us that they had to reschedule the move to another day, not only did he call us the day before but it was at the close of business and we had no time to contact anyone else to move us on such short notice. You would think after this Hank would be apologetic and offer a discount or something, but he was in fact very rude and made it appear as if the change in plans was our decision. We explained repeatedly that we had to be out of our apartment the next day and on the road towards our next destination, but he blew us off and refused to discuss giving us our deposit back. To each his own, but I would strongly caution anyone against dealings with this company.
