It has been almost 1 year since we’d hired this company to move our house hold good cross the country.
I was very disappointed, and very upset with way the B&B Transportation Service had handled my case.
To update the latest in this case:
There has been an activities to this case for last two month. Through using the BBB mediation method we've started the dialog subsequently several conversation took placed by email, phone call etc. I’m not specially over joy with outcome of my damaged items and took this long to address the case.
However, recently I did spoke to both GM from B&B transport service Mike and manager Maya Gale. Consequently, I did received an apologies from B&B transport Service and they've publicly admitted their wrong doing with my move. In addition B&B Transport Service had offer $300 inconvenience fee which I accepted in order to put this unpleasant event behind me. And I do believe, and felt that General Manager Mike and Sales consultant Maya Gale from B&B transport service were sincerely regretful that this happened, and really wanted to make thing right for me which it was noticed. Monetary wise the damage do excess much greater than $300. but receiving an statement of apology were very much helpful to me to reaching the conclusion on closing this case. I Hope there be no repeat to anyone at anytime like what I had experienced!
