I ordered a bedding set for my daughter that specified on the website that bumpers were included. After about 2 to 3 weeks, she received the set. the bumpers were not in the box. I contacted the company and they said they would follow up with the manufacturer. they called back and said their webmaster had made a mistake and the bumpers were not included and it would be an additional $63.95 to get the bumpers. The reason I went with this company was that it sold the set cheaper based on the website. With that amount added the set would have cost $50 more than what I could get it else where. I feel that it was false advertising and that it was a scam.
I am sending it back COD. I would not recommend this company to anyone!False advertising and extremely poor customer service!
