I am very pleased with Beacon. When I first called, they were very understanding and polite. The person who helped me the most was never pushy or tried to be a salesman to get my business. He told me to call whenever I needed anything and always calls back whenever I left a message! The current account representative calls me every 3 weeks or so to check up on my account and lets me know how things are progressing. Beacon has taken a big load off my shoulders, and I trust they will take care of my account in good faith !
