I took my car to this service center to get my oil changed today; this is the second time, I don't know why I went back, but it was convenient and cheaper than other places. The first time I went there, I was treated very rudely by the man behind the counter. I had asked him a simple question about the oil and he laughed in my face and smartly remarked to his co-worker. The second time, the other man behind the counter acted like he had no time for any question I may have, and again treated me very disrespectfully. Also, this happened both times as well, I had to wait an extra half hour or so, because they had run out of oil filters. A business that regularly does oil changes should have extra oil filters, or at least notice that they are running low before they run out. I am not upset about the oil change itself, I am upset with the quality customer service that I didn't receive, and that the hired staff seems to lack.
