Every time it rains, I'm reminded of the mistake they made

Brad's did a patio for me in 2011. I'm 100% satisfied with the look of it. However, despite Brad's assurances during the sales process the the patio would be sloped away from the house, it isn't. Every time it rains, water pools against the house and when it dries, the dirty residue remains. After the sale was made, Brad stopped returning my calls, leaving his office staff and the guys doing the actual work to deal with my frustration. Bottom line, I have a pretty patio with a serious flaw. Apparently some of the other reviewers have had great experiences with this company. Good for them. I wish I had never heard of Brad's Creative Concrete.
