Terrible customer service.

Inconsiderable customer service. Activated a warranty replacement with them but before hand, i called them to stress that my car will be out of commission and would like to have this shipped out and received within a week. I send my old rotors via 2 day mail, it took them 4 days to actually ship them out and now to make things worst, I have to wait another WEEK for me to actually receive my replacement.. They send it out via the slowest shipping option out there as if to shit on my head once again.
I have a road trip to Miami coming up on June 6th, and I will only be receiving them on that day.. This is outrageous. Do not expect them to show good customer service.
