Quality of work less than expected, and have been very disappointed with follow up. Multiple complaints to owner, but Mr. Smith has not returned to honor his promise to correct issue with retaining wall he installed. Privacy fence, also installed by British Standard Fence company, under pressure due to retaining wall. We feel his work has led to compromise of our expensive pool decking. If not corrected soon, wall and fence may also be at risk of extensive, and costly repairs. Mr. Smith no longer responds to messages left at his business, or on his cell phone voice mail. I hope no one else has my experience.
