I had the same bad experience with this company. My daughter took them up on their "FREE TRIAL" offer. At the time the order was placed, their "AUTO SHIP" automatic re-order feature is automatically activated and additional product is shipped and your Credit Card is billed. They advertise "Try it for 90 days and if you are not satisfied, return the empty bottles and unused product for a full refund" They even have a refund page complete with instructions, a refund form to complete and print out and a return address. After sending the package out, it was returned to me by the US Post Office with a "VACANT ADDRESS" stamp placed across the mailing address. Now I'm told by the company that the 90 Refund does not apply to the FREE TRIAL or the AUTO SHIP. But you have no choice on either of them when you order. The explanation as to why the return address is bad? I was told that they don't accept returns at all. NOTHING BUT A SCAM!. And the product DOES NOT WORK!
