I got the free vacation voucher in the mail from Caribbean Cruise Lines and called the number. After an hour of being on the phone with these people and them pushing their spiel, I explained that I could not afford what they were asking for upfront. A manager then got on the phone with me and said that they would take payments. Stupidly, I gave them my card number. After I got off the phone with them I changed my mind and called right back and asked for my money back. It took me an HOUR to get someone to agree to give me my money back. I had not even booked at date with them or anything.
These people took the 1st payment from my bank account anyway and now I have to have my bank fight them for the money. DON'T do business with them.
I also turned them in to www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov and would encourage anyone else who has been scammed or otherwise been wronged by this company to please do the same. I don't want to see them continue doing this to people.
