About two weeks ago I received in the mail a free cruise ticket. After booking a vacation with Carribean Cruise Line i changed my mind because something felt risky about it. I tried to cancel it a week after booking. After hours on the phone, multiple transfers, and long waits on hold I finally got a refund. The way I got to the refund is threatening them with a lawyer and suing the company. Minutes later a "supervisor" got on the phone to give me refund confirmation #. Customer service sucked, different representatives had different answers and no one could give a legitimate reason why the cruise is non-refundable. To everyone: DO NOT give them your credit card information. And no matter what they tell you stick to what you want, put yourself on repeat that you do not wish to consider other options about the cruise. If you read carefully somewhere on the ticket it says Advertisement for soliciting time share sales? any idea what this really means?
