This company is in the selling and not the servicing business. If you buy any of their products you cannot get it serviced if it goes out of warranty. I purchased one of their spotting scopes with the built in digital camera. It worked for 2 1/2 years and one day failed to power up. This scope retailed for $499. new plus tax. I contacted service and was informed it would cost $499. to repair.
If you are interested in purchasing something from this company be aware of their out of warranty policy. You will be out of luck to get a repair.
Shop around before you buy, check with the manufacturer and see if they service what they sell after the warranty period. You will save a lot of cash and aggravation.
