Central Vermont Painting to be avoided at all costs.

I will be having a long delayed small claims case against Keith Roya, Central Vermont Painting, in a few months. Last year he walked off with a $4000 dollars down payment having done no work. I terminated my offer to have him after giving him the deposit when he changed the painting date 5 times, and refused to call me after 9 requests to talk about paint sheens etc. Don't hire him. To this date I've never spoken to him.
