As I sit here on the verge of tears, I truely believe I've been scammed and am out $1688.32. I am unemployed and my benefits have run out, and this money could help me out considerably, but the people at Century Timeshare Group will not even RETURN MY PHONE CALLS or ANSWER EMAILS. I waited five months, listening to their excuses one after the other, as to why the closing on my timeshare they were selling to a buyer had not happened. Ever since June 21, when the alleged buyers bank would not extend the time for him to come up with the downpayment, the people at Century Timeshare Group ignore my messages and will not talk to me about a refund. I call numerous times a day, but nobody answers the phone. The money was suppose to be for closing costs and a title search, but now I believe it was a scam from the start. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! If I could take away that last star rating, I would.
