Unprofessional, no support for the job that was poorly done

Laminate flooring was OK. Finishing of stairs was very bad, completely unprofessional. Company agreed that it needs to be redone, they promised to fix it multiple times, but they never came during 3 months. Company is no longer answering phone calls, E-mails and SMS.
