I wanted to notify whoever is in charge of this Shuttle Service of the fantastic service we received from your Driver Roland. Not only did he make the start of our vacation a great experience but the end of our vacation as well.
He picked us up at LAX on 3/12/11 taking us to Los Angeles Port to catch a Cruise. He went out of his way to assist us. He also called us upon our return to take us back to LAX. Again he went above and beyond. He is a true asset to your organization.
