I ordered the hair extension kit, I just granduated beauty school and they came to my school to do a presntation so I ordered the kit. I paid the $350.00 and they gave me what they had in stock and alma told me it would take 2-3 weeks to recieve the rest I said ok and was excited. 1 month has gone by and I have not recieved the rest of my kit? I tried calling but everytime I get put on hold for 10-30 min before I decide to call back and when I call back it goes to their voicemail. Something is very suspicious about this company. If I don;t hear back from them I am going to report them to BBB. I can't say one thing that is good about this experience even the product I do have are very cheap I would rather settle for a refund.
