We were scammed as well - Keith Brooks convinced us that a principal reduction was a surety and had us put money on a credit card to start our modification process - Speaking with Helen the loan officer she stated that principal reductions were very few and far between - we asked for a refund at that time but she told us we could get a fixed rate and lower interest - when that did not happen we called several times (speaking with multiple persons) finally Chris told us that the money would be back in our account in 60 days. That has not happened and now we owe our card and all their telephone numbers are gone. If any lawsuits are brought count us in...
