I have had Compulink Eyecare for over 10 years now. It's one of the biggest regrets I've had. The program fails regularly. The customer support is horrible. They can never help you at the time of the call. They always have to call you back (at their convenience), which never works for me because I am busy seeing patients when they do call back. On top of that, they are often rude. I have resorted to hiring a computer tech to help me through the issues with the program, and am presently shopping for another option.
