I ordered software from Cosmi more than 6 weeks ago and have not received my order. When I tried to contact them to check on it I found there was no contact information. They say they have tech support, so I sent them an email twice. No answer. No phone number. no email address. no way to contact customer service. After days of searching the web I finally found this site and a phone #. this number is answered by a machine and does not even tell you the company name, so you have no idea if it is Cosmi or not.
I left a message, but I don't expect to hear from them. I think I just lost my money.
