The finance manager Sam Alcaraz is very rude and disrespectful. He is not familiar with the different dental plans that are available hence lack of knowledge does not provide grounds for disrespect. The office also enjoys having you wait for 3+ hours while they "loop" the same movie for hours in the office lounge.
