Crux Climbing Center’s manager, Melanie Harbers, is a woman that is completely nuts! She recently screamed and yelled at my husband and I when my husband was simply dropping me off in the parking lot. I walk to work every day for exercise from my husband’s warehouse job in the same ATOLL business center where Crux Climbing LLC is located. Melanie drove her car up to our car and demanded us to get off her property. We tried to explain that we were just dropping me off but she went ballistic and tried to take pictures of us to report us to the police. WOW! My husband was simply pulling out of traffic, detouring through her unused parking lot at 8 in the morning and she was jumping down our throats.
Melanie is a rude, mean and a spoiled person and if you are reading this, you should never give her or her business your time or your money. If you do, be prepared to meet She-Devil.
