SO BAD, THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE TO BE RANKED
TO ALL GREEKS: just don't order letters from customgreekthreads, stupidest decision ever. Go get them made somewhere they actually care about customers, they have a clean organized working system. This is honestly the worst experience ever. I am best friends with two of my new initiated sisters and I decided to get them a great gift. So I rush ordered it in time for recruitment. One of the orders came out fine, but the second was not even close to what I wanted. When I called to get a refund, exchange, etc. they would not let me return it. I told them I would send it back, that I didn't want it, hadn't washed it and still they refused to give me any sort of refund or give me the right order. I was supposedly talking to some manage named Whitney and she honestly did not even understand. As a member, and supporter of Greek life I ENCOURAGE all of you to go ANYWHERE but this place. There are a thousand sites out there for Greeks that will allow you to get great customer service. Even if it was the order that I wanted it is till loose satin stitching, and the pattern was coming out of it like it had been unraveled. Worst spent 60 dollars EVER!
