Hard to recommend to others.

There are many things about the business end of this company that are questionable.
The tech support I received was good. Thank you Chris Quinn for your help. Chris Quinn is a very good tech. There were 2 other techs that were good too. The computer is faster, but the problem is still there. There is something causing high memory usage and freezing the computer.
I had tried to buy one of the software packages, but the order didn't go through. There was nothing wrong with my card, etc. A box popped up telling me to call a number. She then transferred me to a tech. At first I was told that the service would be $279 for one year. Having to live on reduced income, that is very expensive. So I was told $199 and 13.95/month. 279-199= 80. 80 divided by 13.95= 5.73 months. Will the 13.95 stop after the 5.73 months? After reading other reviews, I doubt it. I received nothing that told me what I had purchased and for how much. I have online backup now which I won't use. I have an extra virus protection that I don't use. They uninstalled the virus protection that I had and that I was very happy with and had 6 months left on the subscription. It also doesn't use as much memory as Cyberdefender's product. There are no prices on the service packages on the websites, just the software. These issues that people complain about need to be addressed. I would like to go into more detail about matters, but am afraid that I won't have room.
