DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!!!! I recently seeked the help of this company and was extremely disappointed. We were told that they would help us and failed to do so. Not only did we sink almost $20,000 into our negotations, but they were unable to follow through with what was promised. Now, my credit is ruined and they told us that there was nothing us they could do to help us. We then requested a refund, because they said that they couldn't help after telling us that they were working on things and my loan went into . I have never made a late payment in my life and they did not give us a refund. They took $7,000 of our money and wrote a letter to us that said if we deposited it that we would not take any type of action against them and made it seem as though we terminated our program after they told us that there was nothing else they could do. I am a business person and would never treat my clients like this. I can hardly believe that these practices are legal. Now, instead to helping like that promised, my credit is trashed and I am out $7,000 as well as the interest. I have 2 children to support and I basically feel like they stole from me. This is has created such a hardship for my family. i would put no stars if possible
