This company is the worst company that I have ever dealt with!! They are a moving company and although, they have not yet completed my move, they have treated me horribly thus far. They underquoted me and came without enough space for all of my things and left a lot behind. I was told that they would come back for the rest but they refuse to speak to me to address the situation and tell me what's going to be done to resolve it.
It's been over two weeks and still no call or follow-up, and when I've called, the so-called "manager" named Reuben, he refuses to talk to me and keeps placing me on hold for extended periods of time or says he will call me back but never does. When I demanded that he calls me back the same day, he said to me, "Do you think you are the only customer calling or sending emails?" He also said to me, "What is it that you want me to do, we do over 200 moves a month?" I told him that I want him to handle my concerns in a professional and timely manner.
The driver "Mike" also requested a 10% tip which in my case came up to $200. He said that it was required and binded by the contract or some sort of survey that he never did have me fill out. They threw my stuff on the truck and intermingled them with other customers' items. Although it had a color-coded sticker, I believe they have a habit of losing people's things.
They are a complete fraud. I am very upset and have no confidence that they are going to complete my move properly and/or resolve this issue amicablly. I wish I would of research them beforehand...I think they are taking advantage of me because I am a single parent/woman. I feel like I am totally powerless, they are doing whatever they want to do to me, and are not making any attempt to address my concerns, "Not even a return phone call!" Please respond so that maybe I or "we" can do something about them and maybe someone else won't fall into the same trap.
