This company is a scam, I like the others writing the reviews enlisted trust with this company who ensured my loan modification would be completed in 30-60 days after processing. Well I enrolled in January, paid them 1600.00 for the processing fee and have not heard anything from them since. They will no longer let me speak to a person about my account. They take my name and phone number but no one returns my call. I hope this helps someone to avoid going with this company. When I first enrolled with the group my case worker even suggested I go two months behind on my mortgages in whic I was not even behind on to be better qualified, so now I am in a mortgage mess. I decided to go with this company because when I enrolled in January they were rated A on the BBB this was a very bad decision on my part.
