This company took the money that I paid for Gap Insurance and NEVER submitted it to the bank. My car was totaled and when I called the Gap insurance they told me that Empresa Motors was never authorized to use they're gap insurance. I have tried to call and locate them but have not been successful. And what makes things worse is that I am now without a car and I am now responsible for the balance $4,000.
