The agent that contacted me was Keith. The same day he had his Manager Karen call to urge us to make a dicision quickly as they had a showing that evening and "Needed" a Sol Melia vacation club to show. That was 4 months ago. I have tried numorus times to reach either of these agents since, leaving messages every time. Several days later I am called back by Matthew, who always claims there are multiple prospective buyers for our time share. He promises to call us within the next couple of days no matter the outcome, but he never calls us back.
Nine times out of ten I reach an answering machine no matter what day or time I call.
