I bought a ring from this company that was brass and silver. The ring itself was beautiful, however, when it arrived it was scratch and damaged so I read the return policy. I purchased a new one at regular price and immediately emailed the company of the problem. I finally about 3 weeks later called and spoke to someone. The rep from the company was not very helpful. He instructed me to take a picture of the ring and email it to him as well as mailing the damaged ring back to them and they would put a new one in the mail. Well I am still waiting on the new ring and it has been at least 7 months now. Wonder where my ring is?
