I at one point in time use to work for this company, All they ever did to these customers was lie cheat and steal,at one point in time before they where under investigation by the better business beau the mangers use to smoke weed out in the back of the warehouse. People would come in to work high and drunk..Mangers where having sex with employees. There is drug dealing going on there when we would tell our customer that we were going to issue a refund half the time it was bs..We would never issue the refund and when they tell you you are being transferred to a supervisor that ia also bullshit you are just going to anthor agent..And the mangers are there the whole time lauging at the customer saying o well they should have read the terms and conditions..wow what a company..And a word of advice people if they tell you you can not recieve your refund call the better business bueau and they can get that refund back for you...The customer service mangers are name illana and the other mangers name is jason...and the sales mangers name is josh..O and illan who is one of the mangers is having sex with a convicted fellon who wroks there she began having sex with him while he was still onw work realease where she use to drive him and drop him off there..so agian this is not the type of company you would want to be ordering your supplemnts from..
